I only take payment via paypal in GBP (£). Full payment is required upfront; options for payment installations are not available at this time. Clients are allowed to request a refund after 30 days of no updates on their commission. Full refunds will not be offered after a certain amount of progress is made in a commission. Commissions past the sketch stage will be eligible for a 50% refund. Commissions past any form of linework will be eligible for a 20% refund.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission. Clients that are abusive or persistently unpleasant (I have authority to determine whether a client falls into this category) will have their commission terminated and refunds will be issued in line with my refund policy.
I do not authorise commercial use of my work. Personal use (such as using a commissioned piece to create personal merchandise) is permitted.
